Ghashgai is a large province in south Persia. The carpets manufactured there are made in simple conditions by settled Shiraz or Gabbeh nomad tribes. Geometrical figures and forms and traditional pattern with harmonious colors are made mainly with Turkish knotting. These colorful nomad carpets are among the most original and authentic products and are quite durable.
